About the role

As an optician assistant with us, you work both with customer service and simpler clinical moments. Your duties include among other things:

• Pre-examinations such as pressure measurement and fundus photography
• Welcome customers and guide them through the entire customer journey
• Help customers choose frames and lenses
• Orders, unpacking and dispensing of glasses
• Adjustments and simpler repairs of frames
• Appointment booking and telephone service

You work closely with our opticians and contribute to every customer receiving the best possible service and experience.

Who are you?

• Is positive, service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• Has experience from retail or the service industry
• Is curious and wants to learn more about optics and eye health
