We are now looking for a foster care secretary who wants to take a key role in an organization with clear structure, high quality standards, and the ambition to continue growing with the right expertise.

This is a role for someone who is already confident in their professional identity – and who is looking for an environment where experience is valued and authority is granted.

As a senior foster care secretary, you play a central function in ensuring quality throughout the placement process. You work both operationally and with a development perspective.

Your areas of responsibility include:

Qualified recruitment and investigation of foster homes

Professional matching based on the child's individual needs

Supervision and support for foster homes

Follow-up, quality assurance, and legally secure documentation

Contributions to method development and quality work

The role involves significant professional discretion and close collaboration with management and colleagues. For the right person, there is an opportunity for expanded responsibility over time.

Who we are looking for

Degree in social work or other relevant academic education

Ability to work independently with high professionalism

You are structured, confident in your assessments, and used to working with both quality and efficiency.

Salary and conditions – clarity from the start

We value competence and experience – and we are clear about what we offer: 45,000–60,000 SEK, depending on experience, competence, and responsibility.

In line with the EU's upcoming directive on pay transparency (to be implemented by July 2026), we specify the salary range already in the advertisement. For us, transparency is part of a serious and modern employer responsibility.

We offer:

Company car

Phone and laptop

Flexible working arrangements with the possibility of remote work

A professional and stable organization with short decision-making paths

Location:

We have offices in Falun and Borlänge and work with foster homes in central Sweden. The position involves travel, and a valid driver's license (B) is required.

This is a role for someone who wants to work in an established organization with clear structure and high ambitions – where quality, long-termism, and the rights of the child are central.
