We are looking for you who want to be part of our work team where your main focus is to together with participants in our operation create and run our activities focused on indoor gardening and creative crafting. Since we work with people with disabilities, we are a workplace where different individuals have different needs for support in their daily lives. Here we see you as someone who naturally notices and responds to care needs. This can include help with clothing, meal situations, preparing and putting away work materials, and similar tasks. There may be care needs related to, for example, epilepsy, toileting, and difficulties remembering daily routines.

You will:

• Assist with arrival in the morning and morning routines
• Act as "café staff" during lunch, coffee breaks, and AfterWork.
• Work together with our participants and be responsible for keeping our premises clean and in top condition.
• Help our participants with daily hygiene.
• Take daily walks
• Be a reliable support person
• Organize and lead various activities during the week based on our kitchen and indoor gardening (watering, planting, cooking, baking).
• Assist with departure so that all our participants end their day in a safe and calm manner.

We work within gardening/cultivation and view daily activities as a platform for creativity and contributing to a greener world. You will work in a team but need to be able to work independently. You should have a personal interest in what pertains to a garden and creative activities.

Mindme is a daily activity center for individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other related diagnoses.

We are looking for someone with a burning interest in the connection between health, people, nature, and technology. For us, social welfare goals are interconnected: people, environment, participation, and equality. We work in project form and have an operation that constantly develops. We go for daily walks and may even go several walks per day, all year round, in all weather.

Your qualifications:

• You are warm, engaged, structured, and have a positive attitude.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder/mild intellectual disability, preferably in activities conducted under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
• Upper secondary or post-secondary education of two years or longer in a relevant field (upper secondary health and social care or children and leisure, social worker, educator, crafts educator, social pedagogue, recreation leader).
• Computer skills. Administrative tasks are included, such as documentation, attendance reports, creating image support, etc.
• Driver's license class B.

The work is people-intensive, and you need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Being calm and structured is essential. It is important that you can drive your work, see what needs to be done, and carry out all days with a clear thread. You also need to be able to handle administrative tasks in relevant computer systems.
