Barnens bikupa is a private preschool in Ringsegård – Falkenberg. We, the owners and operators of the preschool, Magdalena and Malin, are also part of the work team, which means that the contact between employer and staff is close and continuous.

We are a positive work team, where the educators are engaged, driven and creative. We constantly strive to provide a developing and safe education for our children. We want children and guardians to remember their time at the preschool as safe, educational, and above all full of joy.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive and solution-focused, both in your work with the children and as a colleague in the team.

You need to be confident in your role as a leader for the children, and in your work as a childcare worker. We expect you to want to drive the education forward and give all children an inspiring and educational time at the preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS: Childcare worker education is a requirement.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Temporary employment 80 - 100% from 1/9 2026 – 30/7 2027 with possibility of permanent employment.

OTHER: Our operations are subject to the Act on Criminal Record Checks.
