About the position
We are looking for an experienced move-out cleaner who can work independently and maintain high quality without needing close supervision. You will clean homes before inspections and move-ins, often following our 40-point checklist, and ensure every home is left in top condition.
You will drive between assignments in one of our vehicles, so a driver's license is a requirement.
Who we are looking for
This is not a job for beginners. We want someone who already knows move-out cleaning and what is required for a home to be approved.
- Experience in move-out cleaning – a requirement
- An eye for detail, as details determine the overall impression
- Self-sufficient, you take responsibility and solve issues on the spot
- High level of service and a pleasant demeanor with customers
- Thorough, responsible, and reliable
- Able to work both alone and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Driver's license (B) – a must, we have cars you drive for work
- Cleaning experience, preferably move-out cleaning
- Good physical condition
- Basic Swedish for customer contact
Meritorious:
- You are eligible for employment support from the Swedish Public Employment Service (such as wage subsidies, new-start jobs, or similar) – a big plus
